If you are not satisfied with the condition of the delivered product, simply contact us within 10 days after receiving. Please be mindful that the buyer should pay for the return postage. Only the items which are broken while delivery, can be fully refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy:
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the origional package. If the returned item is used, damaged in transit because it wasn`t packaged correctly when the buyer sent it back, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the amount of loss.
Refunds by law:
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund for goods purchased from a business if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don`t match the seller`s description.
